Things are really exploding here
at the farm with spring bursting out all of a sudden. I haven’t had time to contemplate a thoughtful newsletter responding
to the events of the day. I need time to get my physical, mental, and spiritual practices together with a view to attain a state of permanent peace of mind in order to experience my true self. I guess
it is time to visit Kappy’s.
Some use a different approach. Once again Marge Maurukas, a registered
yoga teacher, will be back to offer yoga to members and those with guest/day passes to the farm. The Saturday class will be
held from 8-9AM, each Saturday, beginning June 7, 2014. Classes will run through Labor Day weekend and possibly longer. Classes
are $10 per class and are Vinyasa style, which means they are slightly more vigorous than other styles of yoga. However, the
classes have an easy, relaxed flow and can be modified for most people who do not have significant physical limitations. The
classes are not suitable for children under the age of 13. A mat, beach towel, water, sunscreen, and sunglasses are recommended.
If there are any questions, please contact Marge at 978-302-0434 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Day menu is posted on the web site so follow the below link:
http://www.coonamessettfarm.com/id145.html. We are having a buffet including Jamaican food just to get an early start on the season.
Each buffet ticket comes with a plant to decorate for Mom. We are asking that if you plan on coming please RSVP (email or
call 508-563-2560) with the number in your party so we can make sure there are ample seats and plants available. It is going
to be a real nice day to be outside.
A reminder, Stan’s Saturday morning show begins
at 10:30 on the back deck. This is a great opportunity to discuss gardening issues.
